Cancellation Policy
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once accepted by Four Wheel Drive Smash Repairs. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend a scheduled booking may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Any special-order parts purchased for your repair must be paid for in full and are non-refundable. Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to repair requirements or unforeseen delays.
